刘晓琴，中共党员，2013年，获湖南农业大学农学硕士学位。2014年9月，入职于怀化职业技术学院动科系，讲师｡主要承担《动物遗传育种》、《动物繁殖技术》、《动物寄生虫病防治》课程的教学。
